Background  

It is anticipated that Consultants will usually be appointed by developers/employers to produce a Travel Plan that forms part of a planning application.  There may be occasions where Consultants are employed to develop voluntary Travel Plans.

Expectations              

It is expected that Consultants are thoroughly versed in the standards required by London boroughs and are aware of the principals laid out in TfL's Best Practice Guidance.
