The WestTrans Partnership Executive Team consists of a number of members and representatives from each of the six London Boroughs and key stakeholders.
The partnership team meets every 2 months. Papers relating to the meetings are posted on the WestTrans website
WestTrans Team
Tim Forrester -WestTrans Manager
Tim is responsible for the management of the WestTrans Partnership, with a remit to develop and deliver strategic transport improvements for the benefit of the sub region. The role also provides a centralised liaison function between with key stakeholders (TfL, GLA, West London Business, NHS etc). Responsible for producing, seeking adoption and delivering the Partnerships core work programme based on national, regional and local priorities. Tim also works to source and secure both internal and external funding to support delivery activity. Tim has an MSc in Sustainable Transport and Travel Planning and over 8 years' experience of sub regional working in West London. Tim has in recent years also overseen the development of a comprehensive and innovative Travel Planning and Smarter Travel programme for the West London sub region - improving standards, providing guidance and training and ensuring a robust monitoring process is in place.
Uto Patrick - Senior WestTrans Co-ordinator
Uto's has worked for the WestTrans Partnership for over 4 years and has a strong background in project management and stakeholder engagement. Key accomplishments of the role include guidance and management of the North West London NHS network - ensuring joint working and securing funding for sustainable travel initiatives. Uto deputises for the WestTrans Manager where necessary and manages the Partnership administration and finance functions.
Arun Khagram - Travel Plan Monitoring Officer
Arun's role involves working with businesses and developers across West London to reduce congestion and improve air quality by ensuring compliance of Travel Plan obligations through robust monitoring and enforcement. Arun recently completed his MA in Urban and Regional Planning from University of Westminster and is writing his dissertation entitled Local authority autonomy regarding the implementation of restrictive residential car parking policies in London.
