The WLA Secretariat is hosted by the London Borough of Ealing and its staff are employed by the Borough. The Secretariat and the Borough owns, manages and runs this website on behalf of the West London Alliance (WLA). The West London Alliance comprises the six West London boroughs of Barnet, Brent, Ealing, Hammersmith and Fulham, Harrow, Hillingdon and Hounslow.

The WLA Secretariat does not capture or store any personal information about individuals who access this website (see cookies below) except where you voluntarily choose to give the Secretariat your personal details either via email, by using an online form on the website, registering with us or by enquiring about any of the council's services.   If you subscribe to our mailing lists for information, we will ask you to indicate the areas in which you are interested so that we can tailor the information, which we send to you to cover the areas, which we believe you might be interested in.

We use this information only for the intended purpose that you have provided it for.The information you provide may be used within other Councils in the WLA including Barnet, Brent, Ealing, Hammersmith and Fulham, Harrow, Hillingdon and Hounslow.
