Frontline

The mission of Frontline is to transform the lives of vulnerable children by recruiting and developing outstanding individuals to be leaders in Social Work and broader society.

This is an innovative and new programme focussing on social work practice and is a unique opportunity for high-achieving university leavers and career changers to join one of Britain's toughest and most rewarding professions.

It is a two-year programme which within the WLA partnership provides services across Tri-Borough (the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham, the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, and Westminster City Council), London Borough of Harrow and the London Borough of Ealing.

Frontline is an organisation dedicated to recruiting high-potential people and developing them into outstanding children's social workers.

It follows the model of Teach First, which during the past 10 years has successfully attracted the best and brightest graduates to a fast-track route into teaching.

The recruits will benefit from intense practical and academic training, to enable them to take a leadership role within the context of social work practice and the cases that they will be working on.

People interested in the roles should visit Frontline's website for more information at http://www.thefrontline.org.uk.
